6.2.6 Storage of Copra. Copra storage is generally recommended at a moisture content of 6% whereas the initial moisture content at harvest is limited to 15%. Usually, copra is recommended to store open in well-ventilated, less humid regions if there is any time lag between copra drying and oil milling.
